Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase from White Out Clothing! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges:

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to complete your return.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

If you’d like a different size or color, we offer free exchanges (subject to availability).

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
